A delightful and refreshing yogurt-based dessert, perfect for a light treat. This Joghurtbombe is quick to prepare and can be customized with your favorite fruits and nuts.

  • 500 g Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 100 ml Fruit juice, natural (e.g., orange or apple juice)
  • 23 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Agar-agar
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 cup Fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • Nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts), to taste

  1. In a large bowl, mix 500 g Greek yogurt with 100 ml fruit juice and 2-3 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup until well combined.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring 1 teaspoon of agar-agar with 150 ml of water to a boil.
  3. Stir the agar-agar well and let it simmer for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the agar-agar cool slightly.
  5. While stirring continuously, slowly pour the agar-agar into the yogurt mixture to prevent lumps.
  6. Add a cup of fresh berries of your choice and gently fold them into the yogurt mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture evenly into silicone molds or a large bowl.
  8. Ensure everything is well distributed and there are no air bubbles.
  9. Cover the molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
